Competing National memories of World War II have been seeds of conflict between countries in Asia. In this seminar, faculties from Japan, Taiwan, and Korea will discuss history education and historical reconciliation in Asia under the facilitation of Professor Epstein, a specialist in teaching difficult history.
第二次世界大戦を取り巻くアジア各国の競合する記憶とその教育は、国家間の葛藤の種になりつづけている。本セミナーでは、「難しい歴史（Difficult History）」の専門家であるDr. Epsteinのファシリテーションのもとに、日本、台湾、韓国の専門家とともに歴史教育と歴史和解について議論する。
