定例オンラインセミナー講演会No.196「日本のシティズンシップ教育の現状と課題―「ドイツの政治教育」研究の視点からー／Citizenship Education in Japan: Developments and Challenges from a Perspective of “German Political Education”」を開催します。(2026.3.5)

本セミナーは、3月6日（金）におこなわれるEVRIセミナー「今、どのように子どもの政治参加を支えるのか」のプレ企画として実施するものである。今日までの日本のシティズンシップ教育の現状とその乗り越えるべき課題について考察し、3月6日のセミナーをおこなう上での日独間での議論の土台をドイツの研究者とともに共有することを目指す。本セミナーにて日本のシティズンシップ教育の課題を議論するにあたり、「日本においてドイツの政治教育はどのように研究されている（きた）か」を考察の視点として設定する。ドイツの政治教育を専門とする日本の若手研究者より、自身の関心と研究来歴を紹介することで、研究の背景にある「日本の（シティズンシップ）教育に対する問題意識」を参加者と共有しつつ、Gernot Wolfram氏との共通理解を構築する。

This seminar is a pre-event for the EVRI seminar “How Can Youth Political Participation Be Supported Today,” held on March 6. Its aim is to consider developments and challenges of citizenship education in Japan and to share the Basis for the dialogue between Japan and Germany ahead of the March 6 seminar.
Especially in discussing the challenges of citizenship education in Japan, this seminar will set a perspective of examining “how political education in Germany is (and has been） studied in Japan.” Two Japanese early-career researchers specializing in political education (politische Bildung) in Germany introduce their own interests and research background, so that we will share with participants the “concern about citizenship education in Japan” underlying each research career, while building a common understanding with Prof. Gernot Wolfram.
