定例オンラインセミナー講演会No.185「実践に活きるメンタリング：教師教育の基礎から現場の具体例まで Teacher Educators as Mentors: Models and Practices」を開催します。（2025.09.19）

「メンター」という言葉は、古くから新人教師を導き、守り、挑戦を促す存在を指してきました。ただし、現代の教育現場におけるメンタリングは、その役割を広げ、指導に加えて共に考え、問いを立て、評価し、学び合う関係を築くことが求められています。
本セミナーでは、イスラエル・ハイファ大学のLily Orland-Barak教授をお招きし、教師教育における三つの主要なメンタリングモデルについて、基礎的な理論から具体的な実践事例まで幅広く紹介していただきます。
本セミナーを通し、現職の教師や教師教育者など多くの方々にとって、自身の指導スタイルを見直し、後輩教師との関わり方や専門的成長のための実践的な示唆を得ることができる機会となることを期待しています。 

The term “mentor” traditionally refers to someone who guides and challenges novice teachers. Today, mentoring involves a wider range of roles, including collaborative reflection, inquiry, evaluation, and shared learning. Mentoring models range from apprenticeship approaches to personalistic and collaborative frameworks.
In this seminar, Professor Lily Orland-Barak from the University of Haifa will present three key mentoring models in teacher education, covering foundational theory and practical examples. Participants will reflect on their mentoring practices and explore ways to better support novice teachers and their own professional growth.
This session aims to deepen understanding of mentoring’s opportunities and challenges in teacher education, offering practical insights for daily teaching practice.
