定例オンラインセミナー講演会No.184「避難民を迎える教育の現場から──ポーランドの実践に学ぶ、教師の役割と育成 REFUGEES, MIGRATION, AND TEACHER EDUCATION」を開催します。（2025.09.13）

ロシアによるウクライナ侵攻を受け、多くのウクライナ市民が隣国ポーランドに避難しました。避難民の子どもたちを受け入れた学校では、教師たちがことばや文化、心のケアに日々向き合っています。この経験は単なる「支援」を超えて、教師の専門性とは何か、教員養成の役割とは何かと、根本から問い直す機会となっています。 

本セミナーでは、ポーランドの大学教員アグニェシュカ・シュプリット氏を迎え、現地での多様な教育支援の取り組みを紹介していただきます。言語教育や異文化理解の支援、幼稚園での実践例、教員研修やオンライン教材の整備など、多角的に「避難民と共に生きる教育」の現実を探ります。 

「難民支援」は遠い課題ではなく、多文化共生や子どもの権利、教師の専門性という視点からの示唆があるでしょう。変化する社会に応える教育の可能性と責任について共に考える場にしたいと思います。 

Following Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, many Ukrainian citizens have fled to neighboring Poland. In schools receiving refugee children, teachers continuously face challenges related to language, culture, and emotional care. These experiences go beyond simple support and prompt fundamental reflections on teacher professionalism and the role of teacher education. 

This seminar welcomes Associate Professor Agnieszka Szplit from Poland, who will introduce diverse educational initiatives including language support, intercultural understanding, kindergarten practices, teacher training, and the development of online teaching materials. Through multiple perspectives, the seminar explores the realities of educating alongside refugee children. 

Refugee support is not a distant issue; it offers important insights on multicultural coexistence, children’s rights, and teacher professionalism. This seminar invites us to reflect together on the possibilities and responsibilities of education in a changing society.
